The products were okay and the website was easy to use, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing. I also had to contact support and got transferred around, which was annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be. I might order again, but probably only if there’s a discount.

It showed up much faster than I thought it would. Everything arrived in good shape and there were NO issues at all. Super smooth.

I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a little careful trying new products. This one worked fine for me and didn’t cause any redness or irritation, even around the spots where my skin usually reacts

I really liked how light this feels on my face. It sinks in quickly and doesn’t leave that sticky feeling behind, which is a big plus for me. The only reason I’m taking off a star is the pump got a little messy, and that part felt kind of unnecessary...

I ordered a couple of PSA products and gave them a few weeks, but i got impatient fast because I wasn’t seeing much. Shipping was totally fine, and at first my skin felt a little smoother, but after that it just kind of plateaued. For the price, I expected something more noticeable. It wasn’t awful or anything, just didn’t really do much for me.

My order showed up safe, so I can’t really complain. The pump worked fine and the boxes were easy enough to deal with. The outer box had a dent in it, which made me wonder what kind of secret warehouse obstacle course it went through before getting to me, but nothing leaked and everything inside was okay. So yeah, packaging did its job.

I ordered from psaskincare.shop because the products looked interesting and I was sort of curious, like maybe I’d find something a bit different. But once I actually used them, the ingredients didn’t really feel that impressive to me. Some of the formulas seemed basic for the price, and a couple had more fragrance than I was expecting, which was... not ideal.
My skin didn’t freak out or anything, so there’s that, but I also didn’t notice much of a difference. It was just okay, I guess. Not terrible, not amazing, just kind of there. Shipping was fine, no real issue with that, but ingredient-wise I wouldn’t rush to order again. Probably 2 stars for me.
